Emma Stephenson

Emma Stephenson has extensive experience in recruitment and talent management, currently serving as Manager at Major Players, the UK’s leading recruiter for digital, creative, and tech talent, since September 2019. Previous roles include Senior Talent Partner and Business Manager at the same company, along with freelance experience as a Talent Partner in PR, Marketing, and Experiential fields. Prior to joining Major Players, Emma worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Maxxima Ltd from June 2016 to September 2019 and as an Event Organiser at the MK Job Show from December 2013 to September 2015. Emma holds a degree in Business with International Management from Northumbria University and studied Business Administration at Universidad Loyola.
