Todd King

Todd King has extensive work experience in the investment industry. Todd started their career at Hines as an Internal Sales Representative and then moved on to Hartman Income REIT, where they served as the Regional Vice President for the Central U.S. In this role, they focused on building professional relationships and implementing CRM systems to improve interactions within the advisor syndicate. Todd then joined KBR Capital Partners as a Regional Sales Director, acquiring selling agreements with independent Broker/Dealer and Registered Investment Advisors. Subsequently, they worked at Adageo Energy Partners LP as a Regional Sales Director, successfully forging partnerships and directing investment sales on a national level. Todd later joined Legendary Capital as a Regional Sales Director, spearheading product and sales training and implementing CRM for data-driven sales and territory management. Prior to their current position, they worked at Fidelity Investments as an Investment Representative. In 2023, Todd King will take on the role of Director of Capital Markets at Makaan Investment Group.

Todd King obtained a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin in 2004. In 2006, they also obtained certifications in Series 63 and Series 7 from FINRA.
