Stephanie Donelson

Stephanie Donelson, MS HRM, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Stephanie began their career as an Assistant Media Planner at JWT Team Detroit/RetailFirst in 2007 and worked there until 2010. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Learning and Development Representative at Tennessee Valley Authority. In 2014, they took on the role of Media Planner and Ad Sales at The Bingham Group. In 2015, Stephanie worked as an Implementation Specialist II at ADP. The following year, they joined NTT DATA Consulting, Inc. as a Quality Control Analyst Associate. Stephanie then worked as a Payroll Coordinator at Yum! Brands from 2017 to 2018. Stephanie took a break from their professional career to be a Stay at Home Parent from 2018 to 2022. Stephanie recently joined Makai HR as a Client Implementation Manager in 2022. Additionally, in 2021, they briefly served as the Director of Tiny Tots Christian Preschool.

Stephanie Donelson has a strong educational background in the field of Human Resource Management. In 2011, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. Prior to their postgraduate studies, Stephanie pursued a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2002 to 2007. During this time, they majored in Communication with a focus on Advertising and also minored in Business Administration.
