Alex Hobby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in event management and coordination. Currently serving as Special Events Manager at Make-A-Wish® UK since November 2021, Alex previously held roles including Global Experience and Events Manager at Houzz and Event Manager at Eventist Group. Alex’s career spans various positions within the events sector, starting from an Assistant Event Manager role at Eventist Group in June 2014 and progressively advancing through several key roles. A First Class Honours graduate in Events Management from the University of Gloucestershire, Alex has built a robust foundation in both global events and marketing, enhancing expertise in delivering impactful events.
