Jamie Dormandy has a diverse range of experience in operational management, customer service, and leadership roles. Currently, Jamie serves as the Director of Operations at Make-A-Wish® UK. Prior to this, Jamie held positions such as Head of Operational Transformation at Money and Pensions Service, Head of Customer Engagement and Experience at RNIB, and Customer Contact Business Manager at Sainsbury's. Jamie's education includes a Modern Languages degree from The University of Nottingham, a Practicioner Qualification in Prosci Change Management, and a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
