Gerrad Mitchell, CBE, CNP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Infrastructure Architecture at Make-A-Wish America, providing strategic leadership to a team of IT system architects while managing the design and maintenance of servers and networks. Previously, Gerrad held various managerial roles focusing on IT operations within the US Army, overseeing a department that supported over 600 personnel and leading diverse IT teams on multifaceted projects. With extensive experience in infrastructure management, Gerrad maintained a network uptime of 99.76% across multiple locations and trained over 200 IT professionals, achieving a 99% pass rate in critical certification areas.
