Jodi Slotnick Sphr

Jodi Slotnick, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jodi is currently serving as the HR Director for Organizational Development and the Inclusion & Diversity Leader at Make-A-Wish America since December 2017. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at OpenWorks from 2014 to 2017. Jodi also worked as a Consultant at Orchard Brands in 2013, and as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Health Dialog from 2003 to 2013. Jodi gained experience as a Consultant and Career Coach at DBM from 2001 to 2002, and as a Human Resources Manager at PwC from 1998 to 2001.

Jodi Slotnick, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds an Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR Management from Cornell University's School of Industrial & Labor Relations. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
