Katie Jeffries

Katie Jeffries has an extensive career in accounting and financial services, currently serving as the Director of Shared Financial Services at Make-A-Wish America since August 2020, after progressing through roles including Senior Accounting Manager and Accounting Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Katie worked at Plante Moran as an Audit Senior and Audit Staff from October 2018 to August 2020, following the firm’s merger with EKS&H. Katie's experience at EKS&H spans from 2015 to 2018, with roles as Risk Advisory Intern, Audit Intern, and Audit Staff. Earlier professional experience includes a position as Wish Granting Intern at Make-A-Wish Colorado and Lead Brand Representative at Tween Brands. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder, completed from 2012 to 2017, preceded by a diploma from Chaparral High School.
