Randi Rodarte

Director, Revenue Shared Services at Make-A-Wish Foundation

Randi Rodarte has a diverse work experience in the non-profit sector. Randi started their career at ChildHelp, Inc. in 2009 as a Receptionist and later took on the role of Founder & Board Relations Coordinator. Randi then became the Data and Donor Services Manager before leaving in 2015. In the same year, they joined Make-A-Wish America as the Manager of Donor Care. Randi was promoted to Sr. Manager, Data Analysis and Donor Care in 2017 and currently holds the position of Director of Revenue Shared Services.

Randi Rodarte has a strong education background in the field of business administration and management. Randi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Arizona, with a focus on Management and Entrepreneurship. Prior to their MBA, Randi earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Northern Arizona University, specializing in Business Administration and Management.

In addition to their formal education, Randi has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Randi holds a Certified Nonprofit Professional designation from the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance, which they obtained in August 2020. Randi also earned a Workforce Trends and Leadership e-Certificate from the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance in June 2020. In 2018, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Make-A-Wish America. Moreover, Randi has obtained a Disney's Approach to Quality Service certification from the Disney Institute in May 2016. Additionally, they are working towards receiving two certifications from Blackbaud: The Raiser's Edge: Professional and The Raiser's Edge: Fundamentals.
