Shane Kehoe CHRP has a strong educational background in the fields of Psychology and Business Human Resources. From 2014 to 2020, Shane attended the University of Guelph and obtained a Bachelor's degree (Honours) in Psychology. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, they attended Fanshawe College and earned a Diploma in Business Human Resources.

In addition to their formal education, Shane has also obtained several certifications. In November 2010, they became a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) through the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association. They also hold certifications as a Jaws Certified Expert and a Zoomtext Certified Expert, which were obtained in January 2020 from Freedom Scientific.
