Lucy Harrington Chartered McIpd

Lucy Harrington is a Chartered MCIPD professional with extensive experience in human resources and administration. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Make Me Local since May 2019, Lucy has previously held positions including Project Assistant and Executive Assistant. Prior to this, Lucy worked at COOLING'S NURSERIES LIMITED as an Epos Administrator and spent several years as a Full Time Mum, during which time valuable skills were developed in time management, negotiation, and event management. Additionally, Lucy has significant HR experience from Mitsubishi UFJ Securities, where the focus was on delivering strategic HR support and enhancing employee relations. Earlier roles include HR Administrative Assistant at DP Connect and Personal Assistant to the Managing Director at The Sloane Club, among others. Lucy holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University.
