Jeanne Bouchard has diverse work experience in various industries. Jeanne started their career as an intern at Aliments Breton Foods Canada Inc., where they sourced new clients, managed accounts, and collaborated with operations to meet client requirements.

Later, Jeanne worked as a model at Trump Model Management from April 2014 to March 2017.

Following their modeling career, they joined Next Caller in 2017 as a Data Analyst, where they utilized advanced SQL queries to improve products based on data analysis. Jeanne also developed monthly reports, reviewed data issues, and collaborated with customers for resolutions. In addition, Jeanne progressed to become a Data Analyst II, where they developed tools for anomaly identification and trained neural network models, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.

At Next Caller, Jeanne also worked as a Software Engineer. Jeanne managed and improved a machine learning and customer management UI platform while fostering communication between the product team and customers. Jeanne also devised and executed new internal processes for QA analysis and model deployment.

Currently, Jeanne serves as a Technical Product Manager at Pindrop since 2021. Their role involves designing product requirement documents, managing engineering execution and delivery, and facilitating communication between customers and internal teams. Additionally, they collaborate with various departments, including marketing and business intelligence, to create new features and products.

Jeanne Bouchard has a Bachelor's degree in Administration et gestion des affaires, général from Université Laval, which they completed in 2016. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In September 2019, they became an AWS Cloud Practitioner through Amazon Web Services (AWS). In March 2020, they further enhanced their skills by becoming an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, also through AWS. More recently, in May 2021, Jeanne completed the Digital Product Management: Modern Fundamentals certification from Coursera.
