Samantha Forusz

Samantha Forusz has extensive work experience in various roles. Samantha currently holds the position of Deputy Director at MAKE Projects. Prior to that, they worked at The World Bank for many years, where they held several positions, including Global Program Manager for Performance, Talent, and Rewards, Global Program Manager for Workforce Analytics and Organizational Performance, and Senior Project Manager. In these roles, they provided leadership, research, and training on performance and compliance, managed workforce analytics, and oversaw the implementation of multi-million to billion dollar projects in various countries. Before their time at The World Bank, Samantha worked as a Program Coordinator at The Forum for World Affairs and as an Assistant Program Coordinator at The International Management Development Institute.

Samantha Forusz completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1988 to 1992. Samantha then pursued a Master's degree in Development Economics at the University of Pittsburgh from 1992 to 1994. During the same period, they also obtained a Master's degree in Development Economics and International Development from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (GSPIA).

In terms of additional certifications, Samantha obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in July 2015.
