Juliet Falchi

Juliet Falchi has extensive work experience primarily in the field of cosmetics and product development. Juliet started their career at Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in 2008, where they held various roles including Administrator, Assistant Manager of Global Product Development, Manager of Global Product Innovation, and currently serves as an Executive Director. In 2014, they joined MAC Cosmetics as a Manager of Global Product Development and later became the Director of Global Product Development. In 2009, they briefly worked at Estee Lauder Brand as a Coordinator of Global Skincare Product Development, and at Prescriptives as a Coordinator of Global Product Development from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, they were a founding member of the National Audubon Society in 2011.

Juliet Falchi attended Wesleyan University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Art History. Juliet later attended Parsons School of Design from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Fashion/Apparel Design.
