Naïma Karabadji

Naïma Karabadji has extensive experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry. Naïma is currently the Vice President of Global Marketing at MAC Cosmetics, a position they started in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as an Executive Director from August 2019 to October 2021. Naïma also held various positions at New Avon, CHANEL, The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., L'Oréal, Unilever, Bourjois, and L'Oréal Paris, where they gained expertise in brand management, product development, marketing, and account management.

Naïma Karabadji has a Master's degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from the ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion.
