Megha Tailor

Megha Tailor, M.S., currently serves as the Senior Manager of Human Resources for North America at MAKE UP FOR EVER, having advanced from the role of Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Business Partner for the Americas at Wolford, and various positions at CLEAR, Elie Tahari, UBM plc, The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Maximum Health & Wellness, and Lightbridge Academy, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll processing, and organizational support. Megha holds a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resources Management from the University of Denver, as well as a Graduate Certificate in HR Employee Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Montclair State University.
