John Everett

John Everett currently serves as the Director of the Reinemund Center for Counseling & Wellness at Villa Academy, a role held since July 2022, where responsibilities include strategic leadership in student support and safeguarding. As a Child Protection and Safeguarding Officer, John develops comprehensive policies and leads school-wide wellbeing programs. Prior to this position, John worked at Hong Kong International School from August 2017 to August 2022 as the SEL & Student Life Leader, enhancing social emotional learning and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. John's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Shanghai American School and Jefferson County Open Secondary, alongside educational qualifications that include a Postgraduate degree in Principal Education and a Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling.
