Yasunori Gondo

Yasunori Gondo has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Yasunori started their career at the company "ドコモCS" in 2009, where they worked in customer support and retail management until 2019. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at FOURCLOVERS as a project manager and operational representative in the cosmetics industry. In 2019, they joined 株式会社BANQ as an inside sales representative. Their responsibilities there included sales activities and customer support. In early 2020, they took on the role of Inside Sales Manager at MakeLeaps, where they were responsible for setting up and developing the Inside Sales division. Yasunori also managed a team of three and implemented sales strategies. Later in 2020, they became the Front Office Team Manager at MakeLeaps, overseeing various departments including Marketing, Inside Sales, Field Sales, Customer Success, and Support. During their tenure there, they managed the SDR&Online Sales team and led them through online communication.

Yasunori Gondo attended the Shinagawa Prefectural Combined High School from 2001 to 2004, where they studied general science. After completing their high school education, they obtained the First Class Ordinary Automobile License in November 2005, certified by the Shonan Shugan Traffic Committee.
