Sumit Ajwani

Sumit Ajwani is the founder of Makers since August 2016. Sumit has been a member of the Board of Directors at Story Planet since July 2023, where they actively support and amplifies the voices of underserved youth. Prior to these roles, Sumit worked as a Freelance Integrated Producer at Sumit Inc. from September 2012 to August 2016. Sumit was also the President and Executive Producer at Meru Media Inc. from November 2009 to April 2012. Before that, Sumit worked as an Executioner at The Hive from April 2009 to November 2009, and as the Head of Production at Saatchi & Saatchi Canada from January 2004 to April 2009.

From 2001 to 2004, Sumit Ajwani attended Humber College, where they studied Film & TV Production.
