Lorie Piamchuntar is an experienced food and beverage professional with a strong background in event management and restaurant operations. Currently serving as General Manager at Makers & Finders since July 2021, Lorie has previously held the General Manager position at 9th Island LV for a brief period, and has substantial experience as Director of Events & Catering and Food and Beverage Manager at The Stirling Club. Lorie also led DiVine Events in Las Vegas as Director of Food and Beverage Operations, overseeing cafe operations while managing events. Notably, Lorie co-owned and managed Nosh & Swig Small Plate Restaurant, emphasizing superior customer service and comprehensive operational oversight. Throughout this career trajectory, Lorie has demonstrated leadership in training staff, managing finances, developing menus, and enhancing brand presence in the market.

Makers & Finders is a vibrant, upbeat restaurant-coffee-bar where specialty coffee, inspired Latin food, & hospitality are the program pillars. The setting is brightly lit with unique murals & positive affirmations throughout the lively space that attracts a large fan base. The full service experience transforms a coffee shop into a bustling café. Coffee can be handcrafted during dine-in or to-go, depending on the visit. All syrups are handmade by trained baristas making it the most unique specialty latte menu in Las Vegas. Communal connections, co-working & networking are strongly encouraged. OUR MISSION… Makers & Finders is founded on 3 pillars. Coffee, Latin Food & Culture. We aim to elevate specialty coffee through educational improvement and participating in building the palate and knowledge of coffee in our community. We intend to provide thoughtfully presented dishes with authentically derived recipes with the intention of shedding light on the vast and savory world of Latin American comfort foods. Being a millennial, Latino/a owned and operated establishment, we will push to gain a strong reputation in our immediate community, while pushing to have world class standards in service and hospitality.
