Jon Thaller

Jon Thaller has a robust background in customer success and strategy, currently serving as the Customer Strategy and Operations Manager at MakerSights since February 2022. Prior to this role, Jon held several positions at MakerSights, including Customer Success Manager and Commercial Customer Success Manager. Experience also includes a leadership position at Lucid as Team Lead and Associate Customer Success Manager from January 2021 to February 2022. Jon started the professional journey as a Business Ambassador at Utah State University’s Jon M. Huntsman School of Business while also interning at USANA Health Sciences as a Project Management Intern and gaining legislative experience as a Legislative Intern for the State of Utah. Additionally, Jon worked for Down Under Sports as a Sales Development Representative and Recruiter. Jon earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business in December 2020.
