Dylan Gartner has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Dylan started their career in 2013 as Hockey Operations and Sponsorships at Hockey Night in Barrie, a charity hockey game that raises funds for the Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie, Canada. In 2015, they founded Downtown Mixology, a leading Canadian manufacturer and producer of e-liquid for electronic cigarette devices. Dylan then worked at MLSE (Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership) from 2018 to 2020, where they held positions such as Game Day Coordinator and Associate Coordinator, focusing on global partnerships for properties like the Maple Leafs, Raptors, TFC, and LIVE Nation. In 2020, they joined Celebrity Greens LLC as a Digital Marketing specialist, primarily focusing on PPC marketing and revenue growth. Currently, Dylan is Sr. Manager, Creator Partnerships at Makeship, where they manage key creator relationships, partnership activities, and campaigns in the creator economy.

Dylan Gartner has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with a focus on Global Management Studies (GMS) from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University. Before attending university, they completed their high school education at Holy Trinity School (HTS). Additionally, Dylan has a Certificate in Digital Marketing from BrainStation. Furthermore, they have obtained certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics from Google in May 2020.
