Ethan Beech has a diverse work experience, starting in 2016 as a Program Head at the YMCA of Greater Toronto, where they managed and supported a team of counselors. In 2018, they joined Makeship, initially working in Business Development, where they cold contacted online influencers and signed them up for merchandise campaigns, generating over $250,000 in revenue. Ethan also worked in Marketing and Design, where they designed physical products and created sales materials. In 2019, Ethan joined Vidyard as an Enterprise Business Development representative, utilizing various strategies to generate demand from enterprise-sized companies. Currently, they are working at Makeship as the Head of Brand Partnerships, responsible for developing and managing influencer partnerships.

Ethan Beech completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Commerce from Queen's University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019.
