Alexander Gutierrez

Alexander Gutierrez is a skilled architect specializing in BIM coordination and design, with extensive experience in MEP installations and HVAC modeling. Currently serving as the BIM MEP Coordinator at Makiber S.A. since January 2022, Alexander oversees MEP installations for the Nuevo Hospital Nuevo Amanecer in Bilwi. Prior to this role, Alexander worked as an HVAC Modeler at SOPORTE TERMICO Y MECÁNICO, where responsibilities included creating BIM models and workshop drawings for a hospital project in León, Nicaragua. Alexander's earlier experience includes project architecture with New Century CED CLTDA, focusing on border station design and social housing projects, as well as an educational background in Technical Architecture from Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería.
