Rocío Berjón Martínez

Rockie C. is a highly experienced Program Manager currently leading multidisciplinary project teams at Lonza, focusing on clinical manufacturing of biologics and fostering global collaborations. Previously, Rockie served as a Senior Scientist and Program Lead at CareDx, Inc., where product development and automation of genomics-based diagnostics were prioritized, including authoring a peer-reviewed publication on biomarkers associated with kidney transplant recipients. In prior roles at Senti Biosciences, Rockie acted as the technical lead for gene therapy projects, and during a postdoctoral fellowship at UCLA, contributed to significant research advancements. Rockie's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Medicine from The Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
