Naomi Ward serves as the Head of Learning at Making Stuff Better Ltd since July 2021, focusing on insights from diverse thought-leaders to design innovative coaching training programs for International Schools that enhance organizational cultures. In addition to this role, Naomi is an Executive Leadership Coach with Making Stuff Better, dedicated to transforming education to better serve young people. Previously, Naomi founded Education Connected, a consultancy aimed at helping educators and students discover their purpose. Experience includes positions as a Teacher of English at The Petersfield School, Curriculum Leader for Communications at The Charter School, and Deputy Head of English at Dunraven, among other roles in education and media management. Naomi holds a CPCC in Coaching and a Master’s degree in Media, Culture, and Communication from UCL, alongside a PGCE in English from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Art History from the University of Birmingham.
