Susan Parkins

Susan Parkins has extensive work experience in learning and development, talent management, and recruitment. From 2022, they have been working as the Head of Learning and Development at SIG plc. Prior to that, they worked at Taylor Wimpey plc from 2016 to 2022, where they held roles as the Future Talent Manager and Training Manager. Before that, they worked at BillSaveUK/Mark Group as the Learning & Development Manager/Academy Manager from 2008 to 2016. Susan also worked at Mark Group as a Business Trainer UK and Recruitment Advisor from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Susan has experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive at HPHR from 2007 to 2008 and as a Recruitment Consultant at Pertemps Professional Staffing Network from 2006 to 2007. Susan started their career at Select Appointments UK as a Commercial/Temporaries/Public Sector/Contracts Consultant from 2004 to 2006.

Susan Parkins completed their education at DPG in 2015, obtaining a CIPD L3 Diploma in Learning & Development.
