Rick Willing

Rick Willing has over 45 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Rick currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Sensys Gatso Group. Prior to this, they worked at Redflex as the Director of US Sales, where they directed the sales team, handled key account pursuits, and established marketing and pricing strategies. Rick also served as the Director of Sales and Account Management/Client Services, responsible for customer service excellence and account management in the NE region. Earlier in their career, Rick held the position of Chief of Police at the Carol Stream Police Department, where they were responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, personnel, training, and risk management. Rick also worked as a Deputy Chief and Police Officer at the Village of Carol Stream and began their career as a Police Cadet at the Aurora Police Department, gaining hands-on experience in various divisions.

Rick Willing attended the FBI National Academy in 2005 for the Law Enforcement Executive Development School. In 2000, they participated in the Police Executive Research Forum Senior Management Institute for Police at the Harvard Kennedy School. From 1982 to 1986, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at Aurora University. In 1977-1978, they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Law Enforcement from Waubonsee Community College. Rick also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Aurora University. Additionally, Rick Willing is certified as a Police Chief by the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police.
