Erick Roa

Erick Roa serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Making Waves Education Foundation and holds the position of Vice President of Talent. In addition, Erick is a Pahara Fellow at the Pahara Institute, a Fractional Chief People Officer for coLeague, and the Founder and Fractional Chief People Officer at Equitable Talent Strategies Inc, driving change initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previous roles include Head of Partnerships at KIND/The KIND Foundation, where Erick expanded the user base significantly, and Founding Talent Consultant at Promise54, enhancing DEI practices across multiple organizations. Erick's early career featured leadership in educational programs at Blue Engine and Teach For America, culminating in a commitment to education equity and social justice.
