Masaki Yoshida

Masaki Yoshida is the current Director, Corporate Officer, and GM of Production Headquarters at Makita. Masaki has over 28 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on software development and training.

Yoshida started their career in 1990 as a System Engineer at MCS (Mitsubishi Corporation Software). Masaki was quickly promoted to Assistant Manager, Education Center at Centura Software Japan (formerly GUPTA) in 1995. In this role, they developed and instructed classroom training courses for SQLWindows and TeamWindows.

In 1996, Yoshida joined Lotus Development Japan as the Desktop Curriculum Manager for Lotus Education. Masaki was responsible for launching the company's instructor certification program for Lotus 1-2-3. Masaki left Lotus Development in 1998 to join Makita, where they have been working ever since.

Masaki Yoshida attended Saitama University.
