Russell Pierce

Russell Pierce has extensive experience in sales and management within the rental and construction equipment sector. Since November 2007, Russell has held several key positions at Makita U.S.A., Inc., currently serving as the Director of Rental & Construction Sales, overseeing industrial power tool and accessory sales in the Southeast, including Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, and Puerto Rico. Prior to this role, Russell was the Director of Rental Equipment Sales and Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast District. Before joining Makita, Russell worked as Branch Manager for NationsRent in Jacksonville, FL, from January 2006 to October 2007, managing a large branch with 24 employees. Russell's career in the tool rental industry began at The Home Depot, where Russell served as Operations Manager for Tool Rental from April 1995 to January 2006.
