Chris Richards

Chris Richards has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Chris currently holds the position of Head of IT at Mako Trading, where they started in January 2021. Prior to this, Chris worked as an IT Business Consultant at Kao Data from August 2020 to December 2020. Before that, they worked as an IT Consultant from February 2020 to December 2020. During 2019, Chris took a gardening leave and non-compete period at home. From 2015 to 2019, they served as Head of IT & Executive Director at G-Research. Additionally, they worked as an IT Engineering Manager from 2011 to 2015, as well as a Network and Deputy IT Systems Manager from 2007 to 2011 at the same company. Chris began their career as a Senior Systems Administrator at G-Research in 2002. Chris also held the position of Deputy Head of IT Systems at Indicii Salus Inc from 2001 to 2002. Chris'sprevious roles include Senior Systems Administrator at Tertio Ltd (acquired by Evolving Systems) from 1998 to 2001, and Systems and Network Manager, as well as Software Test Engineer at GEC-Marconi RDS Ltd from 1996 to 1998.

Chris Richards attended Epsom College from 1987 to 1992. Chris then went on to study Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering at the University of Southampton from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained their MEng degree.
