Jamie Cassidy

Jamie Cassidy has extensive work experience in the trading industry. They started their career at Hibernian as an intern in the Actuarial Department in 2005. They then joined Susquehanna International Group, LLP (SIG) in 2007 and held various roles, including Assistant Trader for Commodity ETFs, Equity Options & Dividend Futures Trader, and eventually became the Head of Index Options until 2018. In 2018, Jamie joined AlphaGrep Securities as a Trader. In 2019, they worked as a Trading Consultant at CIPS before joining Mako Trading. At Mako Trading, Jamie served as a Senior Trader before being promoted to the Head of Trading in October 2021.

Jamie Cassidy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Mathematics from Dublin City University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Economics at Trinity College Dublin for the academic year 2006-2007.
