Theodosis Georgiou

Theodosis Georgiou, PhD, is a seasoned software engineer and strategic leader with extensive experience in technology and research. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Mako Trading, Theodosis focuses on developing tools and infrastructure for a dynamic trading environment while delivering educational seminars on programming languages. Previously, as Chief Scientific Officer at WILD AI, Theodosis guided the company's efforts in personalized recommendations for active women. Co-founding Nome, an AI-driven restaurant curator, showcased Theodosis's entrepreneurial spirit. Extensive research experience includes leading drone systems at KIOS Research, conducting user modeling research during a PhD at Imperial College London, and contributing to various technology and research roles across notable institutions. Theodosis holds a Doctorate and a Master’s degree in Information Systems Engineering, both from Imperial College London.
