Nechamie Botknecht

Nechamie Botknecht is an experienced educator with a focus on special education and autism support. Currently serving as an ABA Program Coordinator and Special Education Teacher at Makor Disability Services since February 2016, Nechamie specializes in early intervention programs for toddlers with autism. Previously, Nechamie worked at OMNI as a SEIT/Special Education Therapist, providing in-class support for children in mainstream settings from September 2012 to June 2016. Nechamie's career also includes directing the Sunday Autism Program at Hasc Center, Inc. from November 2010 to June 2013, where all aspects of a respite program for children with autism ages 3-15 were managed. Nechamie holds a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Mercy University, earned between 2008 and 2010.
