Martin Lau

Martin Lau began their work experience as a Solicitor at Bird & Bird in London in 1998, where they primarily focused on technology, media, and telecommunications law. Martin gained valuable experience in IP litigation and real estate practices before moving on to Pinsent Masons in 2003. At Pinsent Masons, they worked as a Solicitor for a year before joining London Stock Exchange plc in 2004 as the Head of Legal UK. After leaving London Stock Exchange plc in 2009, Martin Lau became the General Counsel & Company Secretary at Tradition. Martin held this role for over 13 years until 2023. In 2023, they joined Makor Group as their General Counsel, where they currently work.

Martin Lau attended the University of Reading from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in the field of Law.
