Rolf Gerritsen

Rolf Gerritsen has extensive experience in IT service management, currently serving as Service Delivery Manager at Makro Nederland since May 2001. In this role, Rolf is responsible for overseeing all Desktop and Infrastructure Services, managing local IT staff, and ensuring the IT landscape meets business requirements in alignment with corporate strategies. Rolf has held multiple positions at Makro Nederland, including IT Maintenance Manager, Head of Information Services, IT Manager, and Information Manager, each focusing on enhancing local IT services and developing strategies that support efficient and sustainable organizational operations. Prior to this, Rolf worked as IT Technical Manager at Cargill BV from March 1995 to April 2001.
