Jorge Alexandre

Jorge Alexandre has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jorge began their career at Madorna Bytes as a Managing Partner, where they were responsible for IT consulting services and hardware reselling. Jorge then joined Banco Mello as a Developer before moving to TAP Air Portugal as a Systems Analyst and later as a Project Manager. Jorge then joined Makro Portugal, where they assumed multiple roles including Head of Development, Process Manager, Head of Information Management, Program Manager, and Internal Developing for Store Manager. Jorge also served as Store Manager at Makro Autoservicio Mayorista SA. Currently, Jorge is working at Makro Portugal as the Head of Services & Facilities, overseeing real estate, expansion project management, and leading a team of professionals. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong management and leadership skills, implementing marketing strategies, sales target setting, and building high-performance teams.
