Josh Parks is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in various engineering and managerial roles. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at MAKS Plastics since July 2023, Josh is passionate about fostering a culture of growth for engineers. Previous positions include Principal at Jaydu LLC, Engineering Manager at Ameri-Kart Corp. where improvements in the New Product Development process were implemented, and Engineering Manager at Utilimaster Corporation focusing on manufacturability and market demands. Early career experience includes roles at UTC Cargo Group, Syndicate Systems, Inc., and C&G Wiring, providing a strong foundation in engineering design and production. Josh holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Indiana Institute of Technology and an Associate's degree in Mechanical Drafting and CAD technology from Lincoln Technical Institute.
