Lily Pelton is a Product Designer at Makse Group since August 2023, having previously held roles as a Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant. Prior to this, Lily served as a Graphic Design Teacher Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder from August 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included teaching and leading lab sections, grading, and supporting students. Lily also gained experience as a UX Design Intern at Naboto Software GmbH in mid-2022 and held several leadership and service roles in Kappa Alpha Theta, including Chief Panhellenic Officer and Philanthropy Chair. Additional work experience includes positions at Woodside as a Pool Server, Lake Quivira Country Club as a Hostess, and Shawnee Mission Park as a Marina Worker. Lily earned an Engineer's degree in Creative Technology and Design from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2023, following graduation from Bishop Miege High School in 2019.
