Michael Cooper

Michael Cooper has a long and varied career in finance and management. Michael began their career in 1987 as the Director of Finance for Siemens, where they were responsible for the US Sales/Service organization and received strong accounting training. In 1996, they moved to Octel Communications as the Sales Controller. Michael then moved to Atos in 2011 as the Controller. In 2015, they began working at Florida Atlantic University as the Director of Student Union and Director of Procurement, reporting to the Vice President of Student Affairs and managing the 105,000 square foot Student Union facility. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as the Senior Manager of Workday Consulting for Makse Group.

Michael Cooper attended Rowan University from 1983 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance and Financial Management Services.
