James Bourland (Andrew)

James (Andrew) Bourland is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in banking and loan servicing. Currently serving as a Loan Service Specialist at Malaga Bank since August 2022, James is responsible for coordinating loan servicing requests and performing quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with documentation requirements. Previously, James held positions at NuVision Federal Credit Union as a Relationship Banker and at AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation as a Mortgage Loan Officer, where responsibilities included relationship building and loan evaluation. James also excelled at Titan Mutual Lending as an Executive Banker, training new loan officers, and at KeyBank as a Personal Banker/Teller, consistently exceeding sales targets. Additionally, entrepreneurial experience was gained as the owner of Photobomb Photo Booth. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, certified in Human Resource Management, from Southern Oregon University.
