Joanna Borzym is an experienced Business English Trainer and Soft Skills Coach with a diverse professional background in language education and translation. Since 2016, Joanna has been teaching Business English and soft skills courses at Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía. Joanna also operates a personal business, Business English Studio, providing training and translation services for notable companies such as Ericsson, Johnson & Johnson, and Vodafone. Previous roles include business English training at Learnlight and Comunicando, along with expertise in EU funding at Urząd Marszałkowski Województwa Zachodniopomorskiego. Joanna holds a Master’s Degree in English Studies and Business English from the College of Foreign Languages in Czestochowa and several qualifications from the University of Cambridge, including CELTA and Delta Module 3. Additionally, Joanna has a Master's Degree in Economics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management of EU Projects from Uniwersytet Szczeciński.
