Karen Hendrickson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare, consulting, and financial services. Currently serving as the Managing Director of MalaikAir and Founder of Visual Orator Inc., Karen champions authentic African narratives through storytelling and multimedia content creation. Previously, as CEO of Rabito Clinic Limited, Karen managed the operations of 22 clinics across Ghana, ensuring positive financial margins amid economic volatility. With a history of leadership roles including Director of Advocacy and Programs at the Institute of Economic Affairs, Chief Operations Officer at Med-X Health Systems and BSL Ghana Ltd., and Senior Vice President at HSBC Bank Bermuda, Karen brings a wealth of expertise in strategic management, operations, and client relationship management. Karen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Acadia University.
