Julie Sahakian

Julie Sahakian has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Julie is currently working as the Head of Strategic Design at Malakoff Humanis, where they lead strategic design initiatives. Prior to this, they worked as a Strategic Design Lead at the same company. Julie also holds the position of an Associated Researcher at i3-CRG (Centre de recherche en gestion / Management Research Centre) @École Polytechnique. In the field of education, they have served as a Lecturer at ENSCI - Les Ateliers in 2021 and has a similar role slated for 2022. Julie has also held roles in research and innovation, including being a Designer Researcher and Doctoral Researcher at MAIF and Exalt Design Lab respectively. Julie has gained international experience with their internship at Les Murs Ont Des Idées in France and worked as an Innovation Consultant intern at LAB SA. Additionally, they served as a Design Intern at SynLab, where they contributed to various design projects and worked on improving educational stakeholders' and students' experiences. Julie Sahakian's education history begins in 2007, when they obtained their High School Diploma in Scientific studies from Lycée Charles de Foucauld. From 2010 to 2016, Julie pursued their Master's degree in Industrial and Product Design at Strate, Ecole de Design. Following that, they attended Grenoble Ecole de Management from 2013 to 2016 to complete their Master of Science degree in Management. Julie's educational journey continued as they enrolled at École Polytechnique from 2018 to 2021, where they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in General Management.
