Maryam Danburam

Maryam Danburam is an accomplished Partnership Manager at Malala Fund since March 2023, previously serving as a Programme Officer in Nigeria at Neem Foundation from January 2020 to February 2023. At Neem Foundation, Maryam worked as a cross-departmental program officer, integrating the Psychology and Policy, Education, and Research departments. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Education Officer with the Presidential Committee on North-East Initiatives from October 2018 to September 2019, contributing to the Safe Schools Initiatives programme aimed at helping displaced children from the North-East of Nigeria. Earlier, Maryam interned at Neem Foundation from April 2017 to September 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Psychology of Education from UCL (2017-2018) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Buckingham (2013-2016).
