Samir Hatef

Samir Hatef is an experienced professional in partnership management and business development, currently serving as a Partnership & Product Manager at Xsolla since June 2025. Prior to this role, Samir worked at Crunchbase as a Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager from November 2024 to June 2025, and at PitchBook in strategy business development focused on venture capital and private equity from December 2023 to November 2024. Samir also held various roles at Aces, including Strategic Partnerships and Business Development from January 2021 to December 2023, and was involved in venture capital as a Venture Capital Associate and Analyst at SOL Fund from March 2021 to February 2023. Additional experience includes serving on the Executive Board of the ZinnStarter Accelerator Program and internships in venture capital and business strategy. Samir is an alumnus of San José State University and Dublin High School.
