Senior Lecturer at Mälardalen University

Aswo Safari is a Senior Lecturer at Mälardalen University since January 2016, with a diverse background in research and academia. Key roles include Visiting Research Fellow positions at both the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management from August 2017 to April 2023 and Harvard Business School from September 2017 to November 2022, focusing on internationalization research. Previous experience includes work as a Visiting Researcher at the University of Otago, studying the impact of psychic distance on SMEs internationalization, and a Postdoctoral Researcher at Uppsala University, where Aswo Safari held full-time research and assistant professor positions.
