Teresa Weidsten began their work experience as a Consultant at Proffice in 1995. Teresa then worked as a Database Specialist at IBM from 1998 to 2000, where they conducted target group analyses and searches for campaigns and events. In 2001, they became an IT Specialist at IBM, and from 2003 to 2005, they held the roles of Team Lead and Line Manager at the same company. Teresa joined Mälardalen University in 2006 as a Systems Architect and later served as the Head of New Services and Head of Facilities Services. From 2012 to 2014, they were the Head of Administrative Operations, and since 2014, they have been responsible for the Administrative Operations & Facilities Services as the Head of the department.
