Ivonne Dersch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategy. As the CEO and co-founder of Malatai Capital since January 2014, Ivonne has demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Prior experience includes serving as an Executive Leadership Coach at ID Coaching LLC from June 2013 to April 2015, and holding several key positions at American Express from April 2004 to August 2010, including Director of Business Planning. Additionally, Ivonne worked as a Manager of Pricing Strategy at Starwood Hotels & Resorts from August 2001 to April 2004. Ivonne holds a B.A. in Applied Mathematics and Social Science from Harvard University and a Certificate in Personal & Organizational Coaching from New York University.
